Forex Confidential MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Membership Renewal Policy - For your convenience, on the 10th day of your 10-day trial, your membership is renewed automatically and will renew each month. Auto-renewal for your membership may be canceled at any time from the "My Account" page of the Members Area, or by contacting us. If you choose to email us your request, please be considerate and give us 2-3 business days to stop the auto-renewal before the end of your billing month (please take into consideration weekends and holidays). Even if you do cancel your membership, you are still considered a 'paid' and 'active' member until your paid period of membership runs out. Example: if you are paid through July 15th, and cancel your membership on July 5th, you will still have full access to the membership and training until July 15th.

If you do not cancel your membership prior to its renewal, there will be no reversal of charges.

Our Performance Guarantee - We are fully confident in our strategies and know that if you learn the strategy and document your trades, you will be more satisfied with the results. Your purchase is your acceptance of this Performance Guarantee. Please read this carefully.

Terms of the performance guarantee: We will refund your purchase price in full if during your first 40 days of membership with Forex Confidential, your trading using our strategy is not profitable. The requirements for refund are simple. You must take all trades that are given in the "live" training room or sent via signals. These trades can be done on a real or demo account.

Procedure for a refund request: You will need to provide your itemized and detailed individual customer trading statement from your brokerage firm. Sent this to: Forex Confidential, 2328 E. Lincoln Highway #131, New Lenox, IL 60451. You should send overnight express to comply with the 5 day window. Once sent, email us to inform us that you have sent your forms. We have these straightforward conditions since our trading room and strategies are extremely effective and we need to ensure that only serious traders seeking positive results will participate.

Standard Refund Policy - Because of the electronic and informational aspects of our service and training, as soon as you log in to the Members Area there is no refund of any payment unless you are eligible under the Performance Guarantee.

I understand that no refunds or account credit will be given for unused subscription time.

Other Training Room / Workshop Note: Forex Confidential reserves the right to adjust the hours of the training room at any time.

Please do not share your username or password: It is expressly forbidden to allow unauthorized individuals into your account at the Forex Confidential website. We do monitor for abuse.

Membership Appreciation Program policies - Payout method: We prefer to pay commissions by PayPal. Only very rare exceptions are made. W-9 Requirement: Any members based in the USA must send us a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes. Instructions and a link to the W-9 is in the members area. SPAM Policy: Absolutely no sending of SPAM or Unsolicted Commercial Email will be allowed. All advertising and methods must be completely ethical and approved by Forex Confidential.

Waiting period: Commissions are paid out upon request, after the 1st of each month. There is a 30-day waiting period for commissions to become eligible for payout. (example: March 1st, we can pay for January sales. April 1st, we can pay for February sales. There is always a one-month gap). This grace period exists so we can compensate for events such as fraudulant signups, stolen credit cards, etc. Active Membership Required: In order to be eligible to receive commissions, your own membership account must be active. If you cancel your membership, all commissions will be lost.

Other Terms - The training through the Training Room that is conducted by Forex Confidential, is put forward in good faith and the information is believed to be accurate, however, there are no implicit guarantees of accuracy. The material contained in the training is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as an offer for the sale or purchase of any Securities, Options, Futures, Lots, or, Exchange Contracts. Any and all historical data provided is for informational purposes only and must not be construed as an indication or guarantee of any kind of future performance of the markets concerned or of the financial instruments described. Actual trading results will vary. The client, who has checked the "I AGREE" box below, accepts that by using Forex Confidential's information, he/she understands that this information is for education ONLY and agreeing to this disclaimer he/she will not trade in a "live" account while in the training room but will ONLY trade in a practice / demo account. Also, by signing below, he/she will not hold Forex Confidential or any of its officers, directors, faculty, or employees responsible for decisions based on the information provided.

Trading is risky. It involves substantial risks of loss and is not appropriate for everyone. Therefore, ONLY RISK CAPITAL SHOULD BE USED FOR TRADING. Risk capital is defined as: money that a person can afford to lose.

Any use of the information contained in Forex Confidential's website, or any use of any and all information that a member receives in any of the workshops, trainings, cell phone alerts, sms alerts, email alerts, videos, member does so at their own risk and will hold harmless all owners of Forex Confidential of any losses suffered by the use of this information. Forex Confidential and it's owners, never, under any circumstances, encourage any member to buy or sell and financial positions. Members do so at their own discretion. While every effort is made to educate our members, there is no implication of an invitation to enter into any trade whatsoever.

Forex Confidential and its owners do not encourage persons to undertake investment business, but rather to enable their members to do so in a more efficient manner by the utilization of a mathematical, technical, analytical approach.

Under no circumstances are you to share your login information (username and password) with anyone else by any means, nor are you to log in from two different locations at any one time. Giving your login information or otherwise allowing a non subscriber to benefit from the information in this website and the trading recommendations is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violators will have their account cancelled with no refund of their remaining subscription time and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. Periodic monitoring is conducted to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to deny access to any subscriber found in violation of our terms and conditions.

The teachings and trade ideas associated with Forex Confidential is intended as educational material to assist you, the client, in planning your own trades. If your membership is interrupted for any reason for longer than 60 days (for example, if you cancel your membership or fail to renew when using manual payment methods), you will subjected to the current monthly subscription fee of enrollment.

By signing below, I have carefully read the above and agree to it in its entirety. In consideration of the training and information provided by Forex Confidential, I hereby assume all risks that I may sustain while trading, AND I understand that I am ONLY supposed to trade in my demo account while in the training room. I also understand that any and all losses are a result of my own decisions and are my own responsibility.

NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

The Signatories with this agree to respect the integrity and tangible value of this agreement between them and Forex Confidential: A Subsidiary of Global Wealth, Inc. Hereinafter, called "The Parties."

THIS AGREEMENT is a perpetuating guarantee from the date of execution and is to be applied to any and all transactions present and future, of the introducing party, including subsequent follow-up, repeat, extended, renegotiated, and new transactions regardless of the success of the project.

Because of THIS AGREEMENT, the signatories involved in this transaction may learn from one another, or from principals, names, addresses, email addresses, facsimile, the names and telephone numbers of investors, borrowers, lenders, agents, brokers, banks, lending corporations, individuals and/or trusts, or buyers and sellers, financial institutions, merchant bankers, hereinafter called contacts. The Parties with this acknowledge, accept and agree that the identities of the contacts will be recognized by the other Party as exclusive and valuable contacts of the introducing Party and that they will not contact the business contacts of each party without the express written consent of that party.

The Parties agree to keep confidential the names of any contacts introduced or revealed to the other party, and that their firm, company, associates, corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, divisions, subsidiaries, employees, agents, heirs, assigns, designees, or consultants will not contact, deal with, negotiate or participate in any transactions with any of the contacts without first entering a written agreement with the Party who provided such contact unless that Party gives prior written permission. Such confidentiality will include any names, addresses, telephone, telex, facsimile numbers, email address and/or other pertinent information disclosed or revealed to either Party.

The Parties agree not to disclose, information which is proprietary in nature, intrinsically valuable, or potentially harmful to the business or reveal or make use of any information during discussion or observation regarding methods, concepts, ideas, product/services, or proposed new products or services, nor to do business with any of the revealed contacts without the written consent of the introducing party or parties.

The Parties agree that due to the many variables surrounding each Business Financial Transaction that will occur because of this agreement, the commission to be paid and/or the fee structure between the Parties can vary. A separate fee/commission agreement will outline compensation for each Business/Financial Transaction. The fee or commission agreement must be drafted and acknowledged by signature before all Business/Financial Transactions.

In the event that any part or parts of this Agreement are found to be void, or held to be invalid, then such portion of the Agreement shall be severed and excised from the remainder hereof and, so far as is reasonable and possible, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall nevertheless be considered valid, operative, and binding with the same effect as though the void parts were deleted. Furthermore, effect shall be given to the intent manifested in the portion of this Agreement held invalid or voided.

The parties will construe THIS AGREEMENT in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America.

THIS AGREEMENT contains the entire understanding between the Parties and any waiver, amendment or modification to THIS AGREEMENT will be subject to the above conditions and must be in written form signed by the Signatories hereto.

Upon execution of THIS AGREEMENT the Parties agree that any individual, firm company, associates, corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, divisions, subsidiaries, employees, agents, heirs, assigns, designees or consultants of which the signee is an agent, officer, heir, successor, assign or designee is bound by the terms of THIS AGREEMENT.

By executing this Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement, The Signatories acknowledge and represent that they have read and understand the terms contained herein and agree to be bound by them.
